Practice Enthusiasm
It’s one thing to say, “Don’t let it get you down.” It’s another to do a complete turn-around and push away the dreary and gray feelings with a burst of sunny enthusiasm. Truly successful people are positive. Woody Allen’s on screen persona would never have made an Academy Award winning film. To get out of bed each morning and to conquer the challenges that we are all faced with takes a positive outlook. Let us be your cheerleader and yell the rallying cry that brings out every ounce of enthusiasm you can muster.

I just listend to the latesdt podcast and wanted to extend my appreciation. I am an faithful listener (I subscribe through ITunes) for over a year and find the podcast very inspirational. It has helped me get through a tough year - listening to Ira and Julia is like being with good friends. I lost my job in January and I’m looking for work, so the recent “Enthusiasm” podcast was particularly relevant to me. Thanks for helping to keep my mind and heart open, and my chin up.
I’d also like to mention how much I like the references at the end of the podcast - I have both downloaded music, and borrowed books and movies from the library based on these.
