Thursday, April 26th, 2007Hi all. We’re still suffering from schedule catch-up after Julia’s travels. This weeks episode is again excerpted from the talk she gave recently. It was a working seminar and there are exercises and prayers during the talk. As Julia notes, some of these exercises are best done with a “buddy”. By speaking your commitments, you give them more energy and help to follow through on them. Your buddy can be your spouse or your “Mastermind Group” (more on that later) or even your dog — if your imagination is good and your dog can actually listen. Or, use a spiritual journal. I found when I did this that the same issues would come up year after year — meaning I was making no progress. Julia’s jnana yoga is a great tool for breaking through what’s holding you back.
